Where do the mystery packages come from?

   Our mystery boxes are sourced from liquidations centers. They include returns, overstock and liquidations from major retailers. They also may include undeliverable mail that didn't make it to its original destination. 

What kinds of things are in them?

   No one knows! You could uncover gadgets, clothes, home good, collectibles, or something totally unexpected. Every box is a surprise! 

Is it legal?

   Yes! We source from approved liquidation partners.  We just add the mystery and fun!

Will I get the same items as someone else?

   Nope! Every mystery box is unique. No boxes are ever the same!

When will my order ship out?

   Orders typically ship out in 2-3 business days. If you order on a Friday, it will ship out on the following business day.

Do you offer refunds on your boxes if I'm not happy with what I received?

   Sorry we do not offer refunds. What is received is a complete mystery to us as well as to whoever orders a box. The fun is in opening the packages and this cannot be replicated if the package is opened. No returns, refunds or exchanges. But if there's an issue with your order (like a damaged box) reach out to us and we'll make it right.

Do you ship international?

   We only ship in the contiguous USA (No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, sorry!)
